Stainless Steel Chemset Studs - M12 - 160mm

Product information

Chemset Studs (Resin Anchor System)

A high-performance fixing system based on chemical adhesion rather than mechanical expansion, ideal for critical,heavy-duty,and structural applications in concrete and masonry. . The system uses a threaded steel stud (often referred to as a Chemset Stud) installed into a hole filled with a fast-curing resin (chemical adhesive). Once cured, the resin creates a strong, monolithic bond between the stud and the substrate, distributing the load over a large area and preventing stress-related cracking in the base material. These studs offer exceptional resistance to vibration, chemicals, and pull-out forces.

Key Features

  • Non-expansion fixing, making it ideal for close-to-edge and tight spacing applications
  • Achieves extremely high load performance, often exceeding the strength of the base material
  • Resin filling seals the hole, protecting the fixing from water and corrosion

Typical Applications

  • Anchoring heavy structural elements, columns, and bridge sections
  • Fixing large guardrails,barriers,and safety-critical equipment
  • Securing overhead cranes, gantries, and vibrating machinery
  • Marine and high-corrosion environments when used with stainless steel studs and marine-grade resin
