Pallet wrap with an extended core, making it easier and quicker to wrap around goods by hand. The core extends by 65mm each end of the roll. Great for keeping goods tightly bound and palletised items stable, the film will retain its tension whilst in transit.Extended core stretch film is easily applied by hand thanks to the extended cardboard core which effectively acts as a handle and can be held whilst wrapping the film around your products. The wrap adheres to itself once it is wrapped around your goods and protects them against dust and weather.We sell a range of extended core stretch wraps, from medium and heavy duty to general purpose. We recommend our heavy duty 20 micron for large or irregularly-shaped loads.These extended core stretch films are manufactured from high performance cast material. Production tolerances are strictly regulated so that we can guarantee consistent and accurate thickness and roll length.Pre-stretch film is stretched during the manufacturing process and then and wound onto rolls. This results in a lightweight film that is ideal for wrapping cages and pallets. It will produce significantly less waste than traditional films, which can help to reduce packaging waste obligations. It is cost efficient when compared to traditional pallet wrap.Our pre-stretch film has a rolled edge, meaning that the rolls are highly durable and are able to work without splitting even if dropped or misused. Pre-stretch (Chrome grade) hand pallet wrap is made using a blend of Octene (C8) and Hexene (C6) polymer.
