Product information

  • A bottle deposit will need to be included with the gas charge unless you already have a bottle from ourselves. The bottle deposit is refunded upon return of the bottle.
  • Hobbyweld Stainless 98/2 is a blend of 98% argon and 2% carbon dioxide, this provides an entry level gas for those welding stainless steel below 8mm
  • Generally used when TIG welding stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminium it can also be used on a MIG welder for aluminium and alloys in conjunction with the correct MIG wire
