We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic team member who wants to join our fast paced and friendly working environment. This is a full-time role based at our Morecambe branch:
Key Areas of the Role:
Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, you will be a core member of our Industrial Sales Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include liaising with customers, preparing quotations and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers. You’ll also negotiate prices, drive sales, coordinate deliveries, and manage reports to keep customers informed throughout the order process.
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive office environment, where customer service and relationship building are at the heart of the role. You'll be responsible for servicing and developing an existing customer base within a thriving industry. While previous sales experience is beneficial, it’s not essential—as full training will be provided to help you succeed.
Skills & Experience:
- A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a ‘customer 1st’ approach.
- Proactive and target driven.
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.
Hours of work: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (1.30pm Early Finish Friday – alternate weeks)
