Corroless EPF is a premium two-pack epoxy rust stabilising primer, designed for superior corrosion protection. Formulated with a tar-free resin system, self-leafing glass flake, and Corroless Pigment, it offers outstanding durability and resistance in harsh environments. It is a high-performance epoxy primer for corrosion protection

- Versatile Application – Moisture-tolerant, allowing application on damp surfaces.
- Industry-Approved – WRAS certified for potable water contact, DEF-STAN and MIL-PRF approved for bulk fuel tanks, and recognised by Network Rail.
- Multi-Surface Use – Ideal for structural steel, sheet piling, bridges, tank linings, and concrete substrates.
- Durable Finish – Semi-gloss when new, naturally chalks over time for long-term stability.

- Colours Available: Black & Buff
- Dry Film Thickness: 200µm
- Drying Time: 12-24 hours (dependent on temperature)
- Application Methods: Airless spray, brush, or roller
- Shelf Life: 24 months (in unopened containers)
- Approved as a primer for Corroless RF35
- When thinning use Corroless Thinners No. 6
